Hello, my name is Melissa, and I am registered mental health counselor intern here at Miracle City Counseling. I hold a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Central Florida (2018) and received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University (2023). 

My areas of interest include parent and caregiver support, maternal mental health, women’s mental health, and helping build social and emotional skills. I use a combination of evidence based therapies and techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, sand tray therapy, and gestalt therapy in unique ways to help each individual client.

I enjoy working with clients because everyone has a story to tell, and my passion is to hold space and offer hope to those who seek healing.
