Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Titusville, Florida serving teens and adults. Using a Bachelor’s in Psychology (UCF | 2005) and Master’s in Clinical Counseling (Webster University | 2008), I help my clients heal their wounds and uncover their identity in empowering ways. My experience areas include ADHD support, trauma treatment, infertility, postpartum depression and anxiety, domestic violence recovery, chronic illness adjustments, grief recovery, substance abuse, and LGBTQ+ support. 

My therapeutic approach involves Cognitive Behavior Therapy, DBT, and mindfulness all couched in a style of openness, empathy, validation, and trust.

I have a special passion for helping women with many of the challenges they uniquely experience. These include overcoming their past abuse, healing from domestic violence, as well as navigating the motherhood challenges of infertility, child loss, and/or postpartum depression and anxiety. In 2022, I earned designation as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) Provider through Postpartum Support International (PSI).

Though the first step is often the most difficult one of the journey, reaching out for help shows that you have the insight that the right support can make all the difference in your destination. I would be honored to work with you to reach your goals.
