Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Titusville, Florida who works with older children, adults, adolescents, and couples. Applying up-to-date training from a Master of Arts in Counseling program, I help clients learn from and manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. My experience areas include trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, life transitions, cultural isolation and adjustment, sexuality, and spirituality.

I take a relational, compassionate approach to collaborating alongside clients. We look for self-defeating patterns that served good purposes in the past, but cause problems in the present, and limit options for the future. I target techniques to meet client needs and preferences. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidence-based treatment that helps clients process painful things while anchored in the safety of the here-and-now. I also draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
Everyone experiences overwhelming times that tempt us to withdraw. It takes guts to reach out and hope for change. I would be honored to meet you there.
